TRAVERSE CITY, August 24th, 2016 – Omni United today announced the launch of 18 additional sizes for the recently introduced Renegade A/T 5. With the introduction of the new sizes the Radar Renegade A/T 5 range will be available in rim diameters from 15” up to 22”. These new additions will be available in metric and flotation sizes in 17, 18, 20, and 22 inches and overall diameter up to 37”. The additional sizes of the All-Terrain range will be available for consumer purchase from September 2016.
The Renegade A/T 5 line is the latest generation All-Terrain tire range that was launched by Omni United in May 2016. This range is designed to perform well in all types of environments including dirt, mud and snow, while maintaining a quiet ride. Positioned to compete in the value segment this line offers the very compelling performance attributes of the innovative Stone Ejector Technology, 3 ply body construction and a sophisticated but aggressive look.
The Stone Ejector Technology of the A/T 5 helps prevent stones from clogging in the grooves and drilling into the tire. These tires have a raised serration between the tread blocks that actively deforms when the tire is rotating, opening, closing and then releasing as the tire goes through the contact patch. This action helps to eject stones out of the tread pattern.
The A/T 5 is designed with a 3 body ply construction that adds a third layer of protection which helps to strengthen and stiffen the tire to reduce the risk of punctures in the sidewall and tread areas. This makes the tire more durable in rugged terrains.
This tire features a wide center tread block that is designed to give a sophisticated but aggressive look and provide enhanced stability, handling and even treadwear in nearly all types of terrain.

The Radar Renegade A/T 5 will have a total of 67 sizes by 2016 and 21 of these will be Raised Outline White Letters (ROWL). With the addition of the new sizes a total of 39 sizes are available now, with 18 additional sizes planned for market introduction in quarter 4, 2016. The A/T 5 line carriers a UTQG of 500 A A and is backed by a 30,000 mile treadwear warranty.
