G.S. Sareen is the founder, President and CEO of Omni United, one of the most dynamic companies in the tyre industry. He founded Omni United in 2003, after having identified the market opportunity available to an agile, efficient, customer-service oriented and design-driven global tyre supplier, with state of-the-art logistics and supply chain management. Under his direction, Omni has rapidly grown and evolved in the area of design, manufacturing and distribution of tyres worldwide, offering a complete range of products and service solutions to its customers in over 80 countries.

Mr. Sareen has always believed in Speed, Innovation, Sustainability and Giving back to society as the core of the company’s vision. In 2011 he launched the Mobilising Hope Campaign through which the company supported Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). In early 2012 he set the strategic goal for Omni United to become the first tyre company in the world to become carbon neutral and this was achieved through the Radar Tyres brand in late 2013. In November 2014 he launched Timberland Tyres through an innovative partnership between Timberland and Omni United that was based on sustainability at its core.

Prior to founding Omni United, Mr. Sareen was an early entrepreneur in the booming online e-commerce industry. He successfully launched, managed and subsequently sold, one of the first B2B online market exchanges in the tyre industry, backed by JP Morgan.

Mr. Sareen is an alumnus of the Daly School and the Science College in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, and is a decorated and distinguished member of the Indian Army where he served for close to seven years. He was awarded a gallantry award for action in 1993 by the President of India. He was born in India and has been a resident in Singapore since 1994.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Sareen has received numerous entrepreneurship and corporate leadership awards and recognitions, the most recent one being felicitated by the government of Madhya Pradesh, India in 2018 for having done pioneering work in his professional field and for his achievements; being included in the prestigious “Singapore Enterprise 50 Awards” for five consecutive years from 2013-2017, for Singapore-based, privately-held companies who have contributed to economic development in Singapore and abroad; in 2014 he was recognised by Peak Magazine as one of Singapore’s top 30 influential business leaders; the same year Prestige Magazine featured him among the 100 headlining movers and shakers in Singapore; in 2013 he was conferred the “Distinguished Business Award” by Promising SME 500 for his commercial success and contributions to the economy and community at large; and many more.

Michael is the Chief Operating Officer for Omni United and oversees global marketing and operations.

Prior to Omni United, Michael has worked with some of the leading companies in the automotive industry such as Rolls Royce, Cooper Tyre and Pirelli where he has held key strategic positions across multiple continents. He has a proven track record in start-ups, M&A and company turnarounds and has a strong ability to work within international cross-cultural organisations & cross-border complexities and generating innovative solutions that are relevant to the market.

He was born in Trieste, Italy and graduated from Swansea University, UK with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies. Having worked in various countries in Europe, Asia and North America, Michael speaks fluent Italian, English, French, Spanish, and a little Chinese.

Achal comes with over 15 years of experience in finance and has worked across different industries. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Management Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce. At Omni he oversees finance and accounting and is responsible for financial control and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, raising working capitals, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax compliances.

Prior to Omni, Achal worked in both finance and consulting roles in companies such as KPMG, EY, Deloitte & Harman where he was involved in group finance, external auditing due diligence and various corporate consulting.

Achal has a passion for travel and in his free time loves to read books.

Tony is an operations executive with over 25 years of experience in the electronics and tyre industry. He is responsible for overall operations, business processes, planning and strategy for North America. He also leads Omni’s global supply chain strategy.

Prior to joining Omnisource he worked with companies such as Accenture where he spent over ten years in Supply Chain consulting for companies in the retail and hi-tech industry. He has a proven track record of managing projects with complex global cross-functional teams and environments and working with customers and suppliers globally.

Tony has a passion for teaching and is a part-time adjunct professor at Pepperdine Graduate School, where he teaches Supply Chain Management and Analytics courses. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University, an MBA from the University of Louisville and has a certification in APICS.

Amy has over 20 years of automotive marketing experience. During her career she has worked for some of the worlds leading automotive and tire brands and is well versed with the North American market. At Omni she heads the marketing function and is responsible for strategic planning, public relations, advertising and driving all marketing activities.

Prior to Omni, Amy led the marketing team at Fleetwood RV for 15 years where her marketing initiatives were instrumental in making Fleetwood RV one of the worlds most recognized and well-respected RV brands. After Fleetwood, she spent almost 7 years as head of marketing at Toyo Tires. At Toyo, she was responsible for transforming the brand image and drastically improving consumer awareness of the brand. Under her leadership Toyo Tires grew to have one of the largest social media followings in the automotive industry.

Amy has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the prestigious women’s college Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. She has a passion for travel and spends her free time on the golf course or snow skiing with her family.

Ashok is a veteran in the tyre industry with over 40 years of experience. He has a notable record of expanding business in over 40 countries in the Middle East, APAC regions and Africa regions.

He is currently heading the sales and overall operations of Omni United’s Dubai subsidiary that is responsible for business in the Middle East and Africa region.

Prior to Omni United, he was the Chief Marketing Manager for Western India at Modi Rubber. He is a graduate of the famous Delhi University and has undertaken a number of training programs at Ramon & Demn Group Co. by the group of British faculty and undertaken training by German technical collaborators from Continental during his stint at Modi Rubber.

Marcus has over 25 years of experience in tyre technology. He is an MBA from Bowling Green State University, holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering of Polymer Science and is a Black Belt in Six Sigma.

At Omni United he is responsible for the overall global research and technology.

Prior to Omni he was working with Dunlop Tyres as a Technical Director. Apart from that he has spent a majority of his career working with Avon Tyre, and post its acquisition, at Cooper Tyre where has had held key positions in the design engineering department.
He is a cycling and sports enthusiast and in his free time like to participate in cycle sportive races.

Peter comes with over 30 years of experience in the tyre industry. He has worked with major tyre manufacturers and distributors in the past and is well versed with the European and African regions. At Omni United Peter is responsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy, new business development and customer satisfaction for the entire European region.

Prior to Omni, Peter has worked with major distributors like SD International and Bond International where he held multiple roles ranging from purchasing to sales and marketing across geographies. He has also worked in a global head sales role where he was overseeing the introduction of new brands in all major global markets.

Peter was born in the UK and is currently based there. He holds a diploma in Business Studies at Oaklands College in Hertfordshire.

John is a seasoned sales professional who has worked across a variety of product segments such as passenger, light truck, truck and bus, industrial, farm and off-the road. With over 30 years of sales experience across multiple categories he is well versed with Asia and Africa markets. At Omni John heads the sales for the Asia Pacfic region and is responsible for current accounts as well as new business development.

John started his career with CEAT tyres in India where he almost spent a decade. From there he moved on to Uganda and worked as a country manager selling passenger, light truck and truck and bus tyres.

John was born in Mumbai and holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from Mumbai University.

Massimo has over 15 years of experience in Global Sourcing and Logistics. Having worked in multiple countries in Europe and Asia he brings to the table exposure of different markets. At Omni United he is responsible for Global Customer Service and Trade Compliance.

Prior to Omni he spent 5 years in the Supply Chain division of a leading sourcing company in China. He started his career with a large retailer in Italy where he held different positions in the Logistics area comprising of Transport Planning, Import and Procurement.

Massimo was born in Italy and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics.

Veneesh has over 20 years of experience in the tyre industry and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt holder. During his career he has worked with some of the major global tyre manufacturers and is well versed with the European and Asian regions. At Omni United Veneesh is responsible for product development and industrialization. He also coordinates all research and development work with the factories and manages product certifications, audits and compliance.

Prior to joining Omni he spent 3 years at CEAT tyres in India where he was heading the product development. He has also worked in companies like Apollo Tyres in India, Cooper Tyres in the United Kingdom and Apollo Vredestein in the Netherlands. In addition to this Veneesh also worked as a Research Associate at the University of Wales, Swansea where he worked on a Graphene Composite project which was funded by the Department of Trade and Industry, United Kingdom.

Veneesh was born in India and holds an Engineering degree in Polymer Science from Mahatma Gandhi University, India and a Masters degree in Polymer Science and Rubber Technology from The University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

Terence has over 33 years of experience in global sourcing and supply chain management. He has a vast exposure to product development, supplier management and quality management systems. At Omni United he is responsible for sourcing, managing the suppliers and part of the product development team.

Prior to Omni he has worked for companies like Hitachi and Nidec where he worked across multiple departments including purchasing, product development and quality management.

Terence is a Singaporean and holds a bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Material Management.

Richard has over 20 years of experience in Supply Chain planning for tyre manufacturers. Having worked in multiple countries in Europe and Asia he brings to the table exposure of different markets. At Omni he is responsible for supply chain planning and production planning.

Prior to joining Omni he spent 11 years in the Supply Chain division of a leading tyre manufacturer in Europe, where he held different inventory and production planning positions in the UK and Germany. He has also worked in the electronics and solar panel sector where he has held different supply chain planning positions.

Richard was born in the UK and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in German and Linguistics, a Master’s Degree in International Relations and European Studies and a Diploma in Supply Chain Planning.

Vasudev is a multifaceted finance veteran who has over 30 years of experience in Cost Management accounting. He holds a master’s degree in Cost and Management Accounting.

At Omni Vasudev is currently a member of the Advisory Board. Prior to this he headed the Finance and Accounting at Omni and has been a pioneer in setting up group-wide finance, internal controls and taken various initiatives to improve the financial and operational efficiency of the organisation.

Sagra Maceira de Rosen is a member of the Advisory Board since 2011 and serves as a strategy adviser to the Founder and CEO. She also conceived and developed the Timberland Tyres project, the first-ever partnership between a global fashion lifestyle brand and a tyre company.

Sagra worked in investment banking for close to a decade, at Morgan Stanley and later at JP Morgan in London, leading the global research team for Luxury Goods, Fashion and Retail, where she was a top ranked analyst. She then joined Reig Capital Group, a family office investment company as Managing Director of its Luxury & Retail Division, where for five years she oversaw the investments of the group in luxury, retail and media brands. Most recently she was the CEO of Amanda Wakeley, the London-based luxury lifestyle brand where she led the restructuring and turnaround of the company.

Sagra is a frequent speaker at luxury goods conferences, has co-authored a book, “The Towering World of Jimmy Choo: A Glamorous Story of Power, Profits and the Pursuit of the Perfect Shoe”, and is a weekly contributor to The Briefing, a program of Monocle24, the radio service of Monocle magazine, commenting on the luxury and retail sector. She is also involved with a number of charitable and non-for-profit organisations, serving as a member of the European Board of Trustees of Vital Voices, the non-for-profit organisation founded by Hillary Clinton to promote women leaders around the world and as Trustee of The Uganda Charity Trust Fund.

Sagra has an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and an undergraduate degree in Business & Economics from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, Spain.
